30 days. No forms, no arguing.
If it's not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. That is the whole policy.
How to start a return
Email support@cheermas.com with your order number and one line about why. We reply with a return address within 1 business day. You do not need a reason we approve of.
Condition
Unopened calendars come back for a full refund. If a door's already been opened, that's okay too as long as everything's still there — we're not going to reject a return over a fingerprint.
Return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is on you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually takes another 3–5 days to show it.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund you — you do not need to return the damaged one first.
Cancellations
Email within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that it has already shipped, so use the 30-day return instead.
