Shipping
Free US shipping on every order
There is no minimum and no shipping tier. Every Cheermas order ships free, anywhere in the US.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders land 5–9 days after that, so it's comfortably on time as long as you order by mid-December for Christmas.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. It can take 2–3 days for the first scan to appear — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Where we ship
Currently US only. If you're shipping internationally, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Wrong address
Email us at support@cheermas.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it. After that the order is already moving and we cannot change it.
Lost or stuck
If your tracking has not moved in 10 days, email us. We will either chase it or send you a new one. You do not have to fight us for it.
